Market-inspired cuisine and Auvergne specialities


Our restaurant serving traditional Auvergne cuisine in Place de Jaude uses local products and short supply chains where possible in the interests of quality and environmental protection. This also allows the brasserie at the Hotel Le Lion to work with regional producers. This culinary philosophy is reflected in our chef's cooking. The menu, which evolves with the changing seasons, boasts dishes created with market produce and Auvergne specialities. At lunchtime, we offer light snacks such as tartines, bagels, and croque monsieurs.
In the evenings, the menu is extended with our chef's creations inspired by the day's market.
